Our Engineering services department is led by Dr. Blake C. Kronkosky.  He has 13+ years of experience in the areas of: roadway design, H&H, floodplain analysis, FEMA permitting, land development, and is an expert in rainfall/flood frequency analysis.

We are currently licensed in  TX and GA .
